Available in A-Grade or B-Grade refurbished. A-Grade units have minimal signs of use with no marks or scratches on the display. B-Grade units will have signs of prior use and minor marks or fine scratches on the body of the computer. Both are have been reset to factory condition and will perform like new.

- Refurbished Grade A: The best quality of refurbished devices. Great condition and excellent cosmetic level. Some Grade A items may have minor cosmetic marks or light scratches, or shiny areas from use.
- Refurbished Grade B: The second-best quality of refurbished devices. Light scuffing on the bezel and light scratches on the case or body of the device. There are signs of previous use, but the functionality remains the same as Grade A products.
